It’s been nearly a month now since StalkerMX’s massive Open weekend when we let you all loose on the fully re vamped track! StalkerMX would like to say a massive thankyou to all who have visited us, new & old alike, your comments have been truly amazing & we are so pleased you’re all happy with the re vamp of the track & the paddock. We’ve still got the kids track to do & we’re itching to get started…just got to wait till the crops have been & gone on the extra land!
The Open Weekend was a great success & having RideDirects presence was a pleasure. A big thankyou to everyone else who attended, Acerbis, Scott, Paul Malin, Maxxis Babes & the legendary LPE Kawasaki Team.

Some of you may have seen the LEBBS (Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikers) stand at StalkerMX over the Open Weekend. A very worthwhile charity & Chris (in association with StalkerMX) is now an official Patron of the charity. There’s a donation tin at signing on so please pop some spare change in there from time to time….they have a lot of bikes to buy & maintain to carry out their work! Please check out their website on www.lebbs.org

Since the open weekend our Hire Bikes have now become available. We’ve got brand new 2012 Kawa saki 450F, 250F’s & an 85 Big Wheel. These are available to hire on any day we are open, please see the Hire a Bike Page for all the info. Being in between bikes, Ryan was our first punter, hiring out a 250 a few Wednesdays ago & he liked it that much he came back again for more the next week!

StalkerMx is also pleased to announce that Paul Malin has booked a couple of dates for his MX School at StalkerMX over the Easter break, 3rd April Youth & 12th April for Adults. Check out the Tuition page for all the info, make sure you get booked on as its an opportunity not to be missed & places are limited!!

For those of you at the Open Weekend you might have seen a few of the LPE Kawasaki team wickin it up over the weekend. Lee Dunham from LPE (who unfortunately couldn’t make it on the Open weekend) came & tried StalkerMX out a couple of Wednesdays ago…he loved it & set an amazing lap time of 1.53!
The all new WPR KTM MX Youth team also tried out StalkerMX a couple of Wednesdays ago & will be continuing to use StalkerMX for testing.
The last Sunday of the month was Stalker’s birthday & he got to ride the track properly for the first time since the re vamp ‘’Even at 40 it’s still the bomb!’’
Looking forward to seeing you all back over April, keep your eye out for Easter Opening Times & fingers crossed the weather stays as it is!!!

After just a brief spell of ownership Stalker put the re vamp plans into action & after a lot of hard work by Weeman, the StalkerMX Crew & much appreciated outside professional assistance, we proudly welcome you to the NEW LOOK StalkerMX Gonerby Moor!

The track layout has remained similar but pretty much everything else has changed, with vast improvements to the jumps, obstacles, berms, turns and drainage. The track surface has also been greatly enhanced to maximise riding conditions in virtually all weather. Improvements are not just confined to the way the track rides and flows but also to the way it looks and that includes the paddock too.
On this EXTRA SPECIAL OPENING WEEKEND you can be the first to ride the new improved all weather StalkerMX Practice Track for just £20 per day (Youth £15) plus an opportunity to test ride the new 2012 Kawasaki KXF250 and KXF450 in association with Kawasaki & RideDirect.

New Look StalkerMX!!

As planned and promised work on the new look StalkerMX has commenced!!!! Unfortunately this does mean that we are currently closed for the next couple of weeks, but we’ll re-open for the Massive Open Weekend on the 3rd & 4th March in association with Kawasaki, the Official LPE Kawasaki Team, Maxxis Tyres and Ride Direct.
As you can see from Weeman’s etchings the track layout will remain similar but with vast improvements to the jumps, obstacles, berms and turns. Plus drainage and also the track surface to much improve riding conditions in virtually all weather. The machinery has already arrived, over 1000 tonnes of new soil and endless amounts of woodchip. Improvements are not confined to just the way the track rides but also to the way it looks and that includes the paddock too. We still have plans to improve and extend the kids track; however this will be later in the year when the extra land becomes available after the crops.
We’ve got lots and lots of things planned for the Open Weekend 3rd & 4th March so keep your eye out on the website, Facebook and Twitter for more information and for pictures of the track improvements as they happen. Make sure you put the 3rd & 4th of March in your diary, hope to see you all there!!

Sunday Funday!!!

Hi Guys, we made the decision not to open tomorrow as the weather threw us a curveball while we were prepping the track but you’ll be pleased to know the sun is finally making an appearance for the first time this week on sunday so make sure your jerry cans are full of gas & your filters are clean because the track is woodchipped to the max & the best it’s been!! Hopefully see you there…No more hiding, it’s time for riding…Brrraaappp!!

The StalkerMX crew have been flat out in the last few weeks introducing tens of tonnes of woodchip into the track which has seen it rise to one of the most rideable hard pack tracks around, whatever the weather! We’ve had a great turn out the last couple of weekends & it’s been great to see you all there & lots of new faces. Dirt Bike Show Success!!

Stalker MX would like to thank everybody that visited us on stand G11 at the Dirt Bike Show…it was you guys that made the show such a rip roaring success for us!! We burnt up more than a few favours from friends, family & suppliers when organising the show behind the scenes but the stand, the gazebo, the movie, the 1000 goodie bags, the show bikes & even down to the orange carpet was more than worth while. The response we had was absolutley megga & way beyond our expectations.
I guess the hard work starts now though, first weekend of practice under our ownership coming up & we’ve been down the track all week to make sure it’s in the best condition possible ready for the weekend. The major revamp will start after the Christmas holidays when the weathers too cold, icy or bad to ride. In the meantime we hope to see you as many of you as we can on a weekly basis while we chip away & make steady improvements.
The video from the Dirt Bike Show is now live to view on the home page of the website & on the Pix & Flix page there’s a gallery of pics of the stand, the bikes, the staff & of course our amazing StalkerMX Girls! Oh yeh!
